Acceptance of Terms
By accessing architechapps.com or using an ArchiTech Apps product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you use a service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. Do not use the services if you do not agree to these Terms.
Product Status and Availability
Some pages describe products, prototypes, concept interfaces, beta features, or planned capabilities that are not generally available. Product descriptions, screenshots, sample data, pricing, coverage, and release plans may change. A waitlist or product-interest signup does not guarantee access, a release date, or continued availability.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape or extract data without permission, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the services in violation of law or third-party rights.
Decision-Support Disclaimer
ArchiTech Apps products, including LotPulse, provide informational and decision-support tools only. Estimates, scores, rankings, vehicle values, fees, repair ranges, transportation costs, market comparisons, confidence levels, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on assumptions that do not match a specific transaction.
ArchiTech Apps is not an auction company, vehicle dealer, inspector, appraiser, repair shop, broker, insurer, financial adviser, or guarantor of profit. You remain solely responsible for inspections, title review, bidding, purchasing, transportation, repairs, compliance, resale, and every related business decision. Never rely on a product output as a substitute for independent verification and professional judgment.
No Profit or Outcome Guarantee
We do not guarantee profit, savings, performance, accuracy, availability, inventory, buyer eligibility, auction access, or any business result. Actual outcomes may differ materially because of hidden damage, title restrictions, fees, market changes, bidding activity, mechanical conditions, data errors, and factors outside our control.
Third-Party Services and Data
The services may reference or link to third-party websites, marketplaces, auction providers, data sources, and service providers. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, terms, accuracy, or actions. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
Fees, Subscriptions, and Changes
Paid products may be governed by additional checkout, subscription, cancellation, refund, or product-specific terms displayed before purchase. We may change features or pricing on a prospective basis. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law.
Intellectual Property
The website, software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and original content are owned by ArchiTech Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the services as intended. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering, or creation of competing datasets except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or product feedback, you grant ArchiTech Apps permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, while retaining ownership of any underlying material you separately own.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchiTech Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill; vehicle or property losses; or costs arising from reliance on product outputs, even if advised that such damages were possible.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArchiTech Apps from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, your transactions or business activities, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a separate written agreement will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms and may suspend or terminate access to protect the services, comply with law, or address misuse. The revision date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
