Scope
This policy explains how ArchiTech Apps collects and uses information through architechapps.com, product-interest forms, and related studio communications. Individual products may publish additional privacy notices when their data practices differ from this website.
Information We Collect
When you join an update list, we collect the email address you provide and the product or page associated with the signup. Repeat submissions update the existing contact and product interests instead of creating duplicate contact records.
We also receive limited technical information used to operate and protect the website, including request identifiers, IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, browser and device information, referring pages, page views, and performance measurements.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain product- interest lists, send requested signup confirmations, understand website performance, improve the portfolio, respond to valid privacy requests, and contact people who requested updates when meaningful product news or access becomes available.
We do not sell personal information or rent email addresses to third parties for their own marketing.
Service Providers
Vercel hosts and delivers the website and provides aggregate analytics and performance monitoring. Neon provides the Postgres database used for product-interest records, delivery queues, private runtime settings, and distributed abuse-prevention counters. Brevo processes transactional signup confirmations and internal signup notifications. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Waitlist Communications
Joining an update list stores your email address and the products you expressed interest in. A transactional confirmation may be sent after a new product interest is recorded. Failed transactional messages are retained in a restricted delivery queue for automatic retry. Future non-transactional product messages will include a reasonable way to stop receiving further updates.
Retention
Contact information is retained while you remain interested in updates or while it is reasonably needed to provide requested communications, maintain security records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Delivery records are retained for reliability, auditing, and troubleshooting. Expired rate-limit records and operational logs are removed or allowed to expire when they are no longer needed.
Your Choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your email, subject to legal and security requirements. You may also ask not to receive product communications. We may need to verify that a request is connected to the relevant email address before acting on it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. Email addresses are stored in the private database record; separate one-way hashes are used for contact identifiers and rate-limit keys so those operational identifiers do not expose the underlying address or client value. Email-provider credentials are stored outside the public application source and are not committed to the repository.
No internet service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact the studio if you believe a child has provided personal information through this site.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy as the portfolio, website, and service providers change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision.
